With his incredible knowledge, team work, outstanding demonstration of values in action, impressive personality, he achieved admiration of all staff from ground level to CEO and rapidly elevated to become Principal Advisor.
Most remarkably, he represents Commonwealth of Australia every year in IMO platform and significantly contributes in formulation of global maritime policies and legislation.

Your performance has glorified name and fame of Bangladesh, in particular Bangladesh Marine Academy and facilitated employment of large number of Jaldians in AMSA.
