Md. Shoaib Kibria (17E) left us forever.

Md. Shoaib Kibria (17E) left us forever.

With a heavy heart, we would like to inform you that we lost another Mariner, Md. Shoaib Kibria of 17E.

Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un (We belong to Allah and to Him shall we return)

He was found dead in the hotel room on 28th July afternoon at Hotel Agus in Darwin, Australia
where he stayed to join the vessel Coral Adventurer . Recently he had signed off from another ship at Western Australia and decided not to go back to Sydney due to COVID 19 lockdown. There is no travel restriction between Darwin and Perth; hence he was not required to be in quarantine.

This photo was taken at Perth last Thursday (22nd July 2021) when Shoaib Kibria (17E), Md. Ali (16E) and Naweed Omar (16E) had dinner together

Md. Ali (16E) joined the same ship a few days ago where Shoaib Kibria was supposed to join on 28th July. When he did not check out, the hotel employee found him dead in his bed. As per Police autopsy report, Shoaib Kibria had a Heart Attack which unfortunately ends his journey in this world. May Allah keep him happily ever after.

The religious rituals for the remaining of the eternal was completed at Darwin Funeral Services; after that, the Janaza was completed at Darwin Mosque at 1:30 PM on the 30th July after Jummah Prayer.

Namaj-e-Janaza was broadcasted live via 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐀𝐌𝐀’𝐬 Zoom account

Shoaib Kibria has left behind two daughters in their late teens and early 20s, they live in Parramatta, Sydney . May we support the young family to go through this hard time & May Allah make it easy for them.
