There were at times challenges with meeting the expectation of Training Providers and at the same time ensuring regulatory compliance. You always took a customer focussed approach when dealing with various concerns raised by Training Providers. This was especially true during the COVID-19 lockdown period. You were instrumental in providing valuable inputs from a policy perspective during the lockdown period to help support alternate ways of short course auditing, such as remote auditing. Your commitment, determination, perseverance, professionalism and customer focussed approach over past 2 years (nearly) has immensely helped the Marine Office to keep on top of outstanding/ overdue list of course approvals
